Oceanworld is approved by the following Classification societies to conduct thickness measurement of ship hull structures.
Our UT teams Have Seaman’s Book & hence can be mobilized at a short notice to be deployed in any part of the world ( e.g. China, Turkey, Dubai, etc.).
We provide riding squads who can sail with the vessel & gauge all the ballast tanks, leaving very little gauging to be done in dry-docks.
All our technicians are qualified & well-trained. The final UTM report would be prepared on board the vessel itself & handed over to Superintendent/Master before leaving the vessel.
We help in steel renewal estimation.
Work shall be carried out by a Team comprising of an UT team leader & an UT Operator.
For Tankers, We would be using Inflatable rafts for Gauging.
We provide Rope Access Techniques for gauging too..
